Wellness Month: 15-Minute Tryon Park Walks with Associate Dean Janet Steverson
Join Associate Dean Janet Steverson for a 15-Minute decompress walk in Tryon Park on the following dates/time: 10/1 5:00 pm, 10/7 5:00 pm, 10/8 5:00 pm, 10/14 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm, 10/20 5:00 pm, 10/22 12:00 pm, and 10/29 12:00 pm. Meet in front of Dean Steverson’s office in the LRC by the departure time.

Student Affairs & DALSA 21-Day Disability Equity Habit-Building Challenge
Starting October 1, 2024, Student Affairs & the Disability Allied Law Student Association (DALSA) invite all law school community members to participate in the ABA’s 21-Day Disability Equity Habit-Building Challenge. Throughout October, pick articles to read or videos to watch from the list on at least 21 days. Keep a list and enter it into a drawing, which will be held during the discussion session on October 31st (you do not need to be present to win). Entries can be emailed to lclawsa@lclark.edu or dropped off in the box outside the Law Events Office (LRC). Please be sure to number your list, add the name of the article/video, and the date you read/viewed.Oregon Leads Attorney License Reform with New Pathway: the SPPE
Several Lewis & Clark Law faculty and administrators were key leaders of the movement to provide a rigorous alternative to the bar exam, including Associate Dean John Parry, Associate Dean Libby Davis, Advocacy Director Jo Perini-Abbott, Assistant Dean of Career Services Devra Hermosilla, and professors Sandy Patrick, and Tung Yin.

October 31, 2024L&C Halloween Parade and Costume/Door Decoration Contest
Stop by Fowler Student Center for sweet treats on Halloween—and if you’re not too scared—join the costume parade at noon!
All students, faculty, and staff from all three schools are invited to enter the costume/door decor contest to win some great prizes.
