Casey

Casey Webster

Casey is dedicating her legal career to changing the lives of animals for the better. She is grateful for the opportunity to learn from such brilliant animal law instructors and her passionate classmates from around the world.

Casey received her BS and MPP from the University of Southern Maine and her JD from the University of Maine School of Law. She spent ten years in the field of Research Compliance, providing her with first-hand knowledge of vivisection regulations.

When not working or learning, Casey volunteers with animal-focused organizations in Maine. She serves as a Board Member for Maine Friends of Animals, where she helped to bring a Court Appointed Animal Program to Maine. Casey also serves as a volunteer for Avian Haven, rescuing, transporting to rehabilitation, and re-releasing wild birds. The volunteer commitment closest to Casey’s heart is running a nonprofit rabbit rescue called Friends of Willow, which she founded in 2011.
